Château Guiraud er en 1er Cru Classé Sauternes-ejendom i Sauternes kommune, tæt på Château d'Yquem. Ejendommens 85 hektar vinmarker består af 65% Sémillon og 35% Sauvignon Blanc. Druerne høstes i flere omgange og gæres på egetræsfade. Vinen lagres derefter i 2 år på egetræsfade, hvoraf 50% er nye. Guiraud stræber efter at producere vin, der kan konkurrere med d'Yquem, og deres vine er kendt for at være rige og blandt de fineste i Sauternes.
