Château Margaux er en af de mest berømte vine fra Margaux, kendt for sin lange flaskelagring. Den blev reddet fra konkurs i 1977 af André Mentzelopoulos og ledes nu af Corinne Mentzelopoulos med hjælp fra Agnelli-familien. Markerne består af 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot og 5% Petit Verdot og Cabernet Franc. Vinstokkene er i gennemsnit 35 år gamle. Vinen er intens med smag af solbær, vanille og violer, og den er kendt for sin kraft, koncentration og elegance. I de bedste årgange kan den lagres i mindst 30 år.
