Vinkammeret
Château Pedesclaux er en klassisk Pauillac-vin med noter af solbær, læder og chokolade. Den har en medium fyldig smag med en fin balance mellem frugt og tannin. Vinen består af 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 45% Merlot og 5% Cabernet Franc og er lagret i 12 måneder. Klassificeret som 5. Grand Cru Classé, har Château Pedesclaux oplevet en markant kvalitetsstigning de seneste år. Slottet blev grundlagt i 1810 og overtaget af Lorenzetti-familien i 2009, som har renoveret kældrene. Vinmarkerne har en gennemsnitsalder på 35 år. Pauillac er kendt for sine kraftige Bordeaux-vine og er et af verdens mest prestigefyldte vinområder. Jorden består af et dybt, gruset lag med ler og kridt nederst.
