Andersen Winery Stevns Sparkling Cherry Wine 2023 Stevns is a delightful sparkling cherry wine crafted from handpicked Danish cherries of the Stevnsbær variety. These cherries thrive in the Nordic climate, where the contrast between cool nights and long, bright days allows for an extended ripening period, resulting in a wine with exceptional aroma and a distinctive acidity profile. The cherries are crushed and fermented at low temperatures along with their skins to enhance the wine's rich flavor. Before undergoing a second fermentation in the bottle, the cherry wine is blended with our apple wine to achieve a harmonious balance of aroma and acidity. The wine is aged in the bottle for at least 9 months before disgorging, and a dosage is added to transform Stevns into a sparkling dessert wine. Serve Stevns chilled alongside desserts such as chocolate cake, marzipan cake, rice pudding, confectionery, and cheese.

The Nordic climate provides ideal conditions for Elmsfeuer rhubarb, where the contrast between cool nights and long, bright days allows for an extended ripening period. This results in a remarkable aroma and a unique acidity profile. The juice is fermented on the pulp at a low temperature, followed by a secondary fermentation in the bottle. It is aged for a minimum of 9 months before release. Elmsfeuer is best served chilled and is recommended as a distinctive and exquisite aperitif. Andersen Winery Rose Marie Mousserende Økologisk Æblevin Rose Marie er en delikat mousserende æblevin med en lav alkoholprocent, fremstillet økologisk. Denne vin er lavet af tidligt høstede danske Ingrid Marie æbler, som er økologiske, og kombineret med økologiske solbær. Det nordiske klima giver Ingrid Marie æblerne og solbærrene de bedste betingelser for at udvikle sig. De kølige nætter og lange lyse dage skaber en lang modningstid, der resulterer i fantastiske aromaer og en unik syreprofil. Server Rose Marie afkølet. Den er ideel som aperitif eller som ledsager til retter med fisk, skaldyr, sushi, grøntsager, ost og syrlige desserter.

Andersen Winery Galadriel mousserende æble- og hyldeblomstvin

Andersen Winery Galadriel er en elegant tør mousserende vin lavet på æbler og hyldeblomster. Vinen fremstilles ved at gære Belle de Boskoop æbler og Samyn hyldeblomster i ståltanke ved lave temperaturer. Efterfølgende gennemgår vinen en anden gæring på flaske. Den modnes derefter på gær i flasken i mindst 12 måneder, før den degorgeres. Denne proces giver vinen autolytiske noter fra modningstiden, som kombineret med de frugtige smagsnuancer fra Belle de Boskoop æblerne og hyldeblomsterne, resulterer i en floral, stringent og indbydende mousserende vin. Udover hyldeblomst kan man også finde smagsnoter, der minder om de fine aromaer fra Sauvignon Blanc og Gewürztraminer.
