Château Latour er en af de mest anerkendte vine med stort udviklingspotentiale og dybde. Vinen frigives senere for optimal modenhed. Latour 2014 blev frigivet i 2022. Vinen består primært af Cabernet Sauvignon fra 45-105 år gamle vinstokke på L'Enclos. Druerne høstes manuelt, sorteres, knuses og gæres i ståltanke. Cuvéen modnes i 20 måneder i nye fade og lagres derefter på flaske.
